[WoW] Gold Making Wrap Up – Week 37 (2026)

Of course I (once again) didn’t find the time to post auctions on a few of my days this week – real life was just too busy. No big deal, I still walked away with a bit over a million gold, and that’s a good thing considering I promptly used my gold to purchase 3 copies of World of Warcraft: Forever (or whatever it’s going by these days).

I (like many other gold making goblins in Warcraft) are hoping that the new announcement for changes to transmog means that those sales will go up – though it was not the case for me this week.

Recipes and a handful of transmog once again rounded the list, and pets didn’t even make an appearance. Ah well.

As always, happy gaming – no matter where you find yourself.

[WoW] Gold Making Wrap Up – Week 36 (2026)

Well, some sales happened at least. As you can tell the start of the week fell a little short as I once again forgot to post my auctions, but that is just how it happens sometimes. I feel like I’ve gotten back into a great rhythm with my posting and I’m back on track – just in time for Blizzard to be releasing a new mount that costs 5 million gold, apparently. I’m undecided if I’ll pick it up, I don’t really need it, but who knows.

Anyway. I did manage to play a little, I did some delves, and some crafting. Sales were mostly transmog this week, which was a bit unusual. Prices seem to be fluctuating quite heavily too, so there might be some market manipulation going on. I also managed to restock all of my characters, and made some room in the guild bank for more stock.

There were no really big outstanding sales this week, just a fair number of smaller sales. Sometimes that’s all it takes.

As always, happy gaming – no matter where you find yourself.

[WoW] Gold Making Wrap Up – Week 34 (2026)

The gold continues to flow! I had a few days where I didn’t repost in a timely way, but the numbers are slowly going back up, which I am happy to see. I have mentioned a few times now that I currently do gold making across 10 servers, and that has not changed. It’s simply a better use of my time right now.

I did sell a few rare greys for a high amount, along with some recipes. For those who think that maybe those items don’t sell.. well. There is always a buyer out there, it’s just a matter of them needing what you want. I still haven’t actually been playing the game at all besides logging in for gold making, but that is simply my way.

As always, happy gaming – no matter where you find yourself.

[WoW] Gold Making Wrap Up – Week 33 (2026)

I’m not quite back to posting on a regular schedule yet – but we’re making some progress! Sales were way up this week (compared to my usual) which I am sure is due to the latest update coming along and season 2 starting just around the corner (it has started at the time of this post, but had not started during week 33). The big sellers this week were recipes, someone must be working on filling out their crafters. I had a number of big recipe sales that added up to most of the gold earned.

A small handful of transmog rounded out the rest, and as you can see by the graph above, there were plenty of days I did not list my auctions for sale, but I’m slowly getting there.

I did also break 100,000,000 liquid gold this week, which was pretty neat. I am still working on being more consistent with my posting, it’s hard once you break your routine.

As always, happy gaming – no matter where you find yourself!

[WoW] 100,000,000 Liquid Gold

I finally reached 100 million liquid gold in World of Warcraft. It was one of the goals I set for myself just before Midnight released, and it took a while but I got there. It probably would have been faster except that my Warcraft play time has been at an all time low, and I spent the first part of the expansion gifting a lot of things to a lot of people. What is the point of having all of this gold if I can’t spoil my friends, after all.

So what is the goal now that I’ve reached it? Well, I hope to earn enough to continue paying for my accounts + expansions + whatever else I want without having to dip into the stock. I also want to cap my bnet balance, although right now that takes less than 10 million. I know there are some things from the shop that I don’t have yet, but unless there’s some awesome player housing I don’t know that I will indulge. I just wanted to see if I could reach this goal, and I’m very glad I have. Keep in mind not all of this gold is from this year! I believe when I checked my TradeskillMaster ledger it told me that I had earned 88 million gold over the past 365 days. Also keep in mind that I’ve been making gold in World of Warcraft for a VERY long time. In fact, it will be 10 years using TSM + being a part of the gold making community. My number one tip for anyone who wants to make gold is always the same.

Consistency.
